(Al-Qalam) 68 : 7
إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَنْ ضَلَّ عَنْ سَبِيلِهِ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِالْمُهْتَدِينَ

Indeed your Lord, He knows best about the one who is strayed from His Path, and He knows best about the guided.

This verse consoles Messenger and believers that the Three Time Knower Lord Allah whom neither sleep nor slumber affects, and who is the oft-observer of everything does know best who from among the first man Aadam to the last man are guided in the Straight path and are strayed from the Straight path. Since Adhikr which is the Permission of Allah to become believer is codified as a Book, the believer by utilising Adhikr will transform his destiny from the Sijjeen of the Hell mentioned in verse 83: 17 in to the Illiyyeen of the Paradise. But the Arabic Qur’an Reading Fujjar since do not approve Allah as Impartial and Adhikr as the Best Interpretation of Lord’s Book, they are destined to any of the seven doors of Hell as explained in verses 15: 43-44. See explanation 10: 108; 16: 125; 17: 30; and 53: 32-33.
